Terms and Conditions

Cancellations made between 1-2 months prior to the event will receive a full refund less £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 15 days and 1 month prior will receive 50% refund and cancellations within 2 weeks will not be refunded.
Substitutions are welcome. No shows will be charged full fee. Due to unforeseen circumstances the programme may change and H&SA reserves the right to alter the venue, dates, or its speakers.
