Keys to Citizenship
H&SA's chair, Simon Duffy, wrote the book
Keys to Citizenship to describe how we can achieve citizenship in practice. Although the book focuses on people with learning difficulties it is a framework which applies to all of us. It is one of the most important publications in helping us think about how we support people with learning disabilities to be equal citizens.
The publisher is The Centre for Welfare Reform. Keys to Citizenship © Simon Duffy 2006.
